Basic lawn maintenance and tree trimming, I've been in rental properties so not much landscaping to speak of, but they are reliable, thorough, clean, respectful, and always attentive to my needs! My experience with Evergreen has been so amazing that prompted me to write something nice about them. If you chose another lawn company, then it really is your loss. They are an absolutely top quality company! The consistent five star reviews tell you a little something. They don't push you to get more services done than what you really need and you definitely get more than what you pay for. They are fast to respond. The crew does a thorough job and even do extra things for me like trim down a dead looking plant during the spring so it can re-sprout and pick up debris around the yard for free and without me having to ask. If I request that they do something extra while they're on the job, they do it with a smile. Doug and Diane are also very courteous and they definitely do more necessary to please their customers. They always address my concerns with a "we'll fix it for you asap no questions asked" attitude no matter what the problem is. I've been working in customer service and have supervised people for 12 years and I can tell that Evergreen's customer service is as good as it gets.

I'm away most of the day and I love that I can pay online and whatever service or estimate request I need can be emailed and Diane always get back with a good answer very quickly. I don't have to deal with making appointment hassle.

We hired Evergreen Lawn Care for a seasonal cleanup that we never get to. Doug came out to give us an estimate on trimming our crepe myrtles. We have 14 trees of various sizes. He opted to actually do the job right then rather than set up another appointment! I now have clean crepe myrtles, at the right time in the season. He also hauled away the debris. This company is professional and I loved the fast service. Will use them again!

The service has been outstanding. In the first appointment Doug came and cleaned up my garden, and ever since the whole place has been kept immaculate. The service is reliable, of the highest quality, I can very easily pay online every month (it only takes 30 seconds), and three times a year I have the hedges done. My garden looks great, and since I do not need to worry about the lawn or the hedges I have more time to tend to my trees and flower beds. Evergreen Lawn Care is very highly recommended.

Doug’s quality of work is his own best advertising. Two neighbors have stopped me to inquire who cleaned up our yard and stacked everything at the curb just the way Waste Management will want it. He’s such a life saver. I’m working with a doctor for relief of four herniated discs so raking and bagging is an impossibility. Doug arrived early with 4 guys and they worked non-stop until Noon. Price is fair, quality of work is excellent.
